The committee meets annually each year to review our current policy, and suggest policy changes to our school board.

The Special Education Information Center (SPEDTex) provides resources and interactive features for increasing family awareness of disabilities and special education processes, with the goal of improving partnerships between schools and families.

Etoile Academy Charter School requests bids for providing substitute teaching and instructional support services. Sealed Bids may be submitted beginning on 9/15/2025 The deadline for submitting sealed bids is: 10/17/25 4:00p.m. All bids must be received at the administrative offices located at 6648 Hornwood Drive Houston, TX 77074 prior to the deadline by hand delivery or mail. Facsimile or e-mail submissions will NOT be accepted.
